The development will comprise 2 basement levels, ground floor, and 6 upper floors (B2+ G+6), delivering high-quality, modern workspace designed to meet the needs of today’s business environment.

The building will target LEED certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable design, energy efficiency, and responsible construction practices while providing a premium standard of office accommodation.
