This company is independent of any commercial, manufacturing, contracting or financial interests & is not subject to any form of private or public external control. The firm was organized by its members in 26/12/1381 (2002) in Kabul Afghanistan it was formally re

gistered with the AISA (Afghanistan Investments Support Agency) under license No of (DD-3714). In order to compete at this challenging market, throughout of our long time experience in construction field and history in the Afghanistan, we have established and maintained long-term relationships with quality architects, engineers, designers and subcontractors in multiple states, guaranteeing the quickest possible delivery time to market. We have the ability to manage projects from conception to completion in a close team environment with real estate professionals, consultants, users and owners. NQCC owner-centric approach and strategic delivery process allow us to incorporate the customer’s specific business objectives into each project, ensuring customized, consistently dependable solutions.
