We are proud to share that Zig Zag Resort has received permission to build!

Designed in collaboration with UNS Architects, the project follows the natural slope of the site in a stepped zig-zag formation - minimizing impact while maximizing views across the Ionian coastline.

Throwback to a project ahead of its time. 🌍 ⚡
With REAP – Rotterdam Energy Approach & Planning we explored how urban design can reduce
CO₂ emissions, balance energy, and shape climate-neutral cities.
Our study for Hart van Zuid tested scenarios combining energy exchange, mixed-use functions,
and urban farming.
Years later, the questions remain just as urgent.
