Integrity Door Services Delivers Custom Solution for Hare & Forbes.

Integrity Door Services, based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane, recently completed a challenging custom industrial roller shutter installation for Hare & Forbes. The project required significant modification to the existing opening to accommodate the customer’s requirement to increase the opening height and this in turn required a custom-built shutter. Following concrete wall modifications completed by others, our team cut and adapted the existing metal sheeting and steel fixings before installing the new shutter and a smaller roller door. The 7,030mm-wide shutter features 100mm wind-locked slats in a Night Sky powder-coat finish, supported by custom-fabricated steelwork and a Grifco 1.5hp 415V motor with wireless control.

Integrity Door Services has recently replaced an existing industrial steel roller shutter to the spray booths at ‘’JAWS Buckets & Attachments’’, the Archerfield QLD based manufacturer of heavy-duty mining and construction equipment.

The project scope included taking down the existing door wide span door and replacing it with a very large custom built roller shutter approximately 10m wide x 8m high.

This high cycle shutter was built with a heavy duty GFA direct drive motor (with a safety brake) and a direct drive springless drum.The curtain infill uses a 100mm x 1.0mm thick profile steel roll formed slat with windlock guides.
