Kings Birthday long weekend for me was completing this Rubberstone job at Largs. The weather has played havoc with our schedule.... catching up means putting in the hard yards.

Nice day to head out to Macclesfield today. Levelled out a section of dirt at rear of house. Next job was to drill 57 holes in preparation for planting of tree lined driveway.

Bit of a transformation on this one down at Port Noarlunga 👌

We travelled down south to prepare this backyard for a new granny flat installation. The works included:

• Levelling and reshaping the backyard area
• Removal of raised garden beds
• Demolition and disposal of existing concrete
• Removal and disposal of multiple loads of soil
• Grinding out hidden stumps below surface level
• Removal of an existing fence section
• Supply and installation of a new 5.8 metre access gate

A lot of work went into getting the site cleared, levelled, and ready for the next stage. Tight access and buried surprises always keep things interesting 😅

Dodged the showers up in Stirling this week to complete this job. Fixed uneven and sunken paved area of 67 square metres with a new stable base to create a more stable, safe and appealing finish. Also created a new stepping stone path to shed with a compacted sub base & steppers embedded in a solid concrete base to ensure they are secure for many years to come. Finsihed off with 2 tonnes of Salt and Pepper Pebbles throughout the pathways.

60 square metres transformed into a clean, modern outdoor space around the pool and alfresco.

Installed over a combination of existing tile and slate, and worked seamlessly around drains and posts for a tidy finish.

✔ Doesn’t absorb heat like concrete
✔ A treat to walk on — perfect for kids

This one really lifted the whole backyard and made it far more usable year-round.
