just a quick post to let everyone know that i am registered to be in the SALA Festival_2016 from 1st August out to the 11th September 2016 at the Greenacres Library 2 Fosters Road Greenacres.
{needed something to cheer us up and look forward to this year}. madly finishing all the paperwork, will post first the Flyer when final logos approved, followed by the Catalog - outer and inner pages - when they are ready.
i would be so delighted to see friends and family on Sunday 7th August 2016 at 2pm for the official opening. its a public library so no eats or drinks - sorry, but i am planning on going across to Greenacres Shopping Center to the MOOII snack bar for a beverage afterwards. Care to join??

NEW EXHIBITION - currently running until 13th April 2014. The ART of Being Jane, the sequel. with less pieces of Art, and a few changes in the line up, there are still interesting things to see. take a moment and go check it out. Souvenir Catalogs available for viewers. sincerely, Jane.

Today we thought we would be up early to be at the library for day 1 of taking down all the art works in my exhibition. An amazing and unexpected turn of events has meant that we were not to be there. On thursday Lan, one of the libraries art coordinators, phoned me, i thought to find out what time we would be at the library, when instead she asked if i would consider leaving them all up a bit longer, with a view to having them all down by the 15th October. Amazing and unexpected indeed!

the opening went great and i was thrilled that people came to have a look at my works.

will supply a link soon to the PAECouncils' SALA brochure, and to an online Flyer for my exhibition.

just dashed in to let everyone know that most of the snail-mail invites for my Exhibition went out yesterday, will be emailing the rest tomorrow. that gives everyone a fair to even chance of getting them nearly at the same time. after the email run, if you can't print out, let me know, and i'll send another one snail, mail for you. next week is fast approaching, with next thusday being the day we hang all the paintings. wow, its almost here. :D
