Complete house renovation for return clients. We completely renovated this home 22 years ago, the clients decided it was time for a full freshen up.
Load bearing walls removed, full commercial window and door replacement, flooring throughout, new lighting, custom buit-in robes, kitchen (by Farqhar), bathroom and laundry renovation.

Please do your due diligence when selecting a builder/tradesman for your project. Just because they hold a licence doesn't mean the can complete the work to a satisfactory level.
We have taken over a project that another "Builder/Renovator" had started and I'm so glad we did. Not only was their visual finishes terrible, it was the hidden structural supports they had cut out to create a bigger openings for the new sliding doors. There were so many head scratching, gasping moments when we started to undo their work.
This project has a few stages, but I will create a post of the works so far in the next few weeks.

Happy New Year to everyone, we had a busy end to 2024 and an amazing start to 2025. All different types of projects from house extensions, bathroom renovations, full house renovations, kitchen renovations, window replacements, to one of the projects we have running, termite damage to approximately 1/3 of a split level dwelling. So a pretty diverse workload, that suits our incredibly knowledgeable team.

Dover Gardens project
Stage 1 of a complete courtyard home alteration/renovation.
Main bathroom footprint enlarged and toilet removed, including new window.
Created a new separate toilet with its own wall hung vanity for convenience. We have also built a storeroom and office niche, more photos to come along with stage 2.

Recent combined laundry and bathroom renovation after the flood damage.
Combination of the Satin white wall tiles, the terrazzo look floor tiles, custom laundry unit matching the timber vanity, add in the matte black tap ware and accessories..... just does it.
