home's fresh Ava and Dune rug collection was recently shot right here at and it's got me falling in love with the house all over again! 🥰

Love the bouclé-style weave which offers a luxuriously soft texture and seeing these natural colours ... I mean take a look - were they not literally designed for The Bonny House?!!🏡

It’s been a while since a and this one was worth the wait!

’s latest project ‘The Fler’ House c1956 - a Robin Boyd home. (Boyd was Australia’s most influential and forward-thinking architects who left many design legacies that we take for granted today, such as ‘creating a connection with the outdoors’.)

When Taeler, an architect herself, saw this tired house on the market a couple of years ago, she knew if she didn’t buy it and renovate it, it would be at risk of being knocked down for something more “modern”. Ironic as this is what we call a modernist house!

The result is beyond exceptional, sympathetic to the original design and omg the location is the die for.

This upstairs bedroom is the epitome of cohesiveness. 🛌

This detailed shot captures the custom boucle bedhead, side table and lamp, all perfectly complemented by the peachy toned bed linen.

The similarly toned linen curtains in the background and the reeded window prevent any unwanted overlooking, while the carpet in the same hue ties everything together. 😌

Oh I do love the vibe of this room!

🧹 The laundry! 🧹 So boring so important!

It's small but oh so functional 💪 We had to fight really hard to get a separate laundry space on such a small footprint, but we got there in the end! 💪

🐾 Who's joining us for dinner tonight? Our lovely pups, Queenie & Zoe, are ready to welcome guests for a night in! 🐕

I love this this stunning shot of our hallway, with a glimpse of the entertainment unit in the distance with soft sheers. 💫

I also talked in a recent post about the secondary more modern arch I added to denote the transition in the "newer" part of the house! You can see here that the arch was in fact necessary for the victorian style cornice in the hallway! 😉🌟
