Just a few pictures of this recently purchased home where the cornice and walls were cracked all throughout the house, the cracks were chased out and a chemset resin was injected to prevent further cracking, then plastered and sanded ready for painting.

This wall sustained significant water damage due to a leak from the bathroom on the opposite side. Following the bathroom's comprehensive renovation, I was engaged to undertake a three-stage repair process. The initial stage involved removing the existing render and allowing it to dry for a week, utilizing damp rid to eliminate excess moisture. The subsequent stage entailed returning to float the area, letting it dry for an additional week, and finally, coming back to apply a white set finish.

Another residence preserved through texture coating, this property suffered extensive water damage to the portico pier and exhibited widespread spider cracking on its walls. Comprehensive repairs, sealing, and texture coating were undertaken on all walls, with the primary residence colour featuring White Cliff’s 200% and the portico showcasing Mountain Ash.
