Above the oven section was taken out by someone who had no idea and made a complete mess. I was then called in to fix it so the new cabinet insert could be installed. Please be careful who you hire to do demolition work. As most know I have my certification in demolition work.

Iplex plastic pipe had burst in the laundry wall which also had done significant damage to the bathroom wall and hallway...

Iplex plastic pipe had burst in the laundry wall which also had done significant damage to the bathroom wall and hallway. Walls were stripped, treated and white set plaster applied and also walls in hallway were drummy so they were stripped back to brick and rendered and white set.

Water damaged walls due to grout failure. Stripped back to brick and left to dry out.

Water damaged walls stripped back to brick and left to dry for a week with some damp rid to help draw moisture out and the smell of mould. Back next week to render it ready for white set plaster.
