Welcome Saul Wickham – Plumbing Operations Manager
We are pleased to welcome Saul Wickham to the team as our new Plumbing Operations Manager.
Saul and his family relocated to the area 3 years ago from Bendigo. Saul’s partner Kylie is a partner at the Main Street Veterinary Clinic, and his 3 children go to school locally.
Saul brings 22 years of experience across the plumbing industry, with a strong background in commercial and residential construction, maintenance, estimating, supervision, project coordination, and team leadership. His experience includes managing plumbing teams across multiple sites, overseeing scheduling and budgets, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, and WHS regulations.
Saul has spent more than 12 years with DLO Plumbing in Bendigo, progressing from Plumbing Foreman to Plumbing Supervisor & Estimator. In these roles, he supervised commercial and residential projects, prepared estimates and project administration, managed labour and material costs, coordinated daily site activities, conducted inspections, liaised with builders, project managers and clients, and supported apprentices and junior plumbers through mentoring and training. His achievements include delivering projects on schedule and under budget, maintaining high-quality workmanship with minimal defects, and improving team productivity through strong planning and supervision.
With his practical trade background, leadership experience, estimating capability, and strong focus on safety, quality, and project delivery, Saul will be a valuable addition to our operations team.
