Services Provided:
Restore / replace grouting and caulking in shower / bathrooms:
• If you have damaged, faded or poorly installed grout, I will remove and replace the grout.
• If you have damaged, discoloured, or mouldy caulking, I will remove and replace the caulking.
• Caulking and / or grout can be replaced if you’re unhappy with the colouring.
• All grouted surfaces (whether original or replaced) will be sealed once cured to provide the best protection possible.
• Partial removal and replacement of damaged grouting can be completed (at a cheaper cost than full replacement) but the colours may not be able to be matched perfectly due to fading of original grouting.
Child Safety Equipment installation:
• If required, I will come to your home, provide advice on products that may help protect your baby / child from an array of dangers.
• If you already know what you want, I can obtain, assemble and install equipment.
E.g. of items that can be provided:
Safety gates for stairs & rooms
Cupboard and door locks
Rubber bumpers for sharp corners
Power point covers
Secure items to walls (that could tip when baby pulls on it to stand-up).
Furniture Assembly:
• Assemble new furniture.
• Unpack and assemble flat packs.
• Safety secure items to walls.
Painting:
• Paint a specific room or area (whole house not offered).
• If you have mould in your bathroom, laundry, or wet room, I will clean and prepare the surface for painting. I will apply a mould-resistant undercoat prior to painting the room in your choice of colour.
• Paint your pergola.
• Prepare and paint / stain your decking.
Minor electrical work:
• Replace light globes for a flat rate per light (I can supply light globes if required).
• Change plug-and-play equipment (e.g. Exhaust fans in bathrooms / toilets).
• Install a new television or new electrical equipment.
Miscellaneous:
• Fix your squeaking door.
• Fix leaking taps.
• Unclog slow draining sinks.
• Hang floating shelves.
• Fix holes in walls or replace damaged plaster boarding.
• Gutter cleaning.
• Installation of door / window seals to prevent drafts.
• If you have doors that banging with wind / drafts, I can fix this.

I can provide an ongoing service to assist persons with disabilities or the elderly at a discounted price to help maintain their house.

With Dan’s Handyman Service VIC, you don’t have to take the day off work to have jobs completed, I can attend outside business hours or on the weekend for your convenience.
