Started a biggish task today to re do all fascia eaves, gutters n downpipes on this place. The old setup of these internal gutters is all good in theory and probably looked cool back in the day but practically isn’t real good when it needs repairing or replacing sections. So it all has to go and we will re frame it all to be more straightforward with fascia and gutters on externally with new downpipes connected.

Raised the deck and reframed it all to code, then replaced the majority of deck boards, now client will clean the other existing boards and then oil it all at a later date! Balustrade system also to be installed by the client.

Here we go , the old boards are to be pulled up over the weekend and then we get into the fresh new pack of Merbau.
