One of the biggest questions people ask me is why should I Knock down and rebuild instead of renovate?

Truthfully it depends on the block, the house, and what you're trying to achieve. In many cases people are spending upwards of $600k to $900k to renovate and you still end up with compromised layouts, low ceilings and structural limitations!

I’m proud to announce that I’ve joined Glenvill Homes as a Design Manager, focusing on premium double storey homes and knock-down rebuild projects across Melbourne’s inner-urban suburbs.

Glenvill is the most awarded home builder in Victoria, with a long standing reputation for design led homes and architectural quality, so it’s an incredible opportunity to now be part of that team.

After working in real estate, I’ve seen firsthand how many great blocks of land are limited by ageing homes or renovation constraints. Being able to now help homeowners unlock the full potential of their land through thoughtful architecture and rebuilding is something I’m extremely excited about.

I’d also like to sincerely thank and especially Eddie Atahi for the opportunity to work alongside such a great team. I’m incredibly grateful for everything I learned during my time there and the experience it gave me within the property industry.

My focus moving forward will be helping homeowners explore:

• Knock Down Rebuild opportunities
