Spent some time on Friday replacing a fence by the harbour in Monaco*

*note not actually Monaco. Brooklyn doesn't look bad though.

this double window in my colah gets sun all day, it's a very hot spot I can promise. after 25 years it was dropping to bits so I got new sashes made. the outer frame was repairable with some filler and coats of paint, and I replaced the 2 sashes. more paint, new winders, new fly screens and hopefully it'll be good for the next 25 years

had to install a new fence and gate to make this pool compliant and it involved a lot of digging..... great view though

this old built-in air con unit was not really a thing of beauty, and it had stopped working long ago, so it had to go. Enlisting some cheap child labour before the end of the holidays we removed it, gyprocked and plastered the hole on the inside and sourced some matching weather boards to seal up the outside.

It seems that people pay a lot for a new kitchen but the installers often don't do everything you need.
Bulkheads close the gap between the high level cabinets and the ceiling, they're very common in Aussie kitchens but are often not in-scope for the installers. They look great, but If left open this gap fills up with dust and grease over time so they do a good job too.
Over the years I've 'finished' a lot of kitchens installed by others - altering walls around bigger fridges, tiling splashbacks, altering door frames, window frames, skirting boards and other trim, plastering holes left by changes in lighting, switches etc.....and there's often some painting to touch up. I can help you with all of this.
