Changes to rental properties! 🏠

From the 29th of March 2023, rental properties require that all power and lighting circuits in the rented premises are to be connected to a switchboard-type overcurrent device (MCB) and a switchboard-type residual current device (RCD).

Note that the MCB and RCD may be combined into a single device known as an RCBO.

We rewired all circuits to meet with current standards and regulations resulting in a safer home for the client and the tenants who will live there in the future.
