Water ingress is renders number one enemy creating issues with paint bubble and blistering, hairline and Craze cracking worsening the ingress leading to drumminess and eventually render cancer. To alleviate systemic failure we repair and seal the substrate with polymer renders, waterproof flexible acrylic textures and finished with multiple coatings of highest quality membrane paints to ensure the longevity of the fences performance.

Rendered "crazy pave" feature over block fence wall on Voyagers drive, Banksia created on Friday 20th of February. Possibly some colour tones to come followed by two coats of natural look sealer before the rains come.
