So satisfying! How good is a freshly stained deck. I used Haymes Dexpress deck and timber stain in Merbau. I really love the finish, such a beautiful satin sheen

What a difference! It always amazes me what a difference painting makes. But this one actually looks like a different house. Unfortunately I didn’t get many good before photos but it was in desperate need of some love and a new colour scheme. My clients chose Haymes Chateau with Dulux Antique White USA trims and a high gloss black front door. You can really see the beauty in this old house now 💕

Exterior painting- This lovely weatherboard was very ready for a repaint, there was exposed timber everywhere. It not only looks fresh but it’ll be protected from the weather for years to come

This front door came up beautifully with a couple of coats of Sikkens Cetol HLSe exterior timber stain in Walnut.
To keep your exterior timber protected and looking good it ideally needs re-coating before it peels and the weather gets in. The coating might only last a year in some environments so you’ve got to keep an eye on it.

This very well used replica Wishbone chair needed some love. I gave it a full sand back, re-stain and coat of clear gloss. Then I decided to re-weave the seat with some new paper cord. I love how it turned out! 1 down, 7 to go!

Painted this stunning bathroom cabinet and mirror around 4 years ago and it’s still looking freshly done. You can’t beat a high gloss enamel for durability

This very pretty colour has really brightened up the room. Dulux Zenith Heights Qtr on the walls and Dulux Vivid White on the ceiling and woodwork

Feeling very lucky to not only be working but to be doing my favourite kind of job. It’s been a long time since this gorgeous old home has had a repaint and it’s coming up beautifully. Walls are Porter’s Paints Jute. Ceiling, woodwork and doors are Dulux Vivid White @ Flemington, Victoria

Staircase transformation. Painting all the timber and walls white has really brightened up the front of this home. It needed four coats and a lot of love but the clients are over the moon
