Have your stairs and baulistrades gone past the expiry date?? They certainly had in this case!!! We removed the existing rotten stairs, rusted stringers, baulistrades and timber landing and replaced them new hardwood materials and galvanised stringers to ensure they stand the test of time in the harsh QLD climate!!!

Keeping the character!!!

For this project, we achieved just that!!!

Replacing the old rotten stringers, baulistrades and posts with new hardwood timber. Keeping the original design while insuring these stairs will stand the test of time!!

With the addition of these timber screens, we achieved more privacy and seamlessly married them to the existing deck while still keeping the character of this beautiful home.

Rotten Repairs!!!

This timber post and window awning had certainly seen better days!!!
With the house going on the market, the time had come rectify this issue, so we did just that!!
Removing the existing rotten post and replacing it with a new quality Australian hardwood post.
As for the awning, we removed the existing one and updated it with new rafters and tinted clearlight roof sheets to give the house a more modern feel while still providing shade from the relentless QLD afternoon sun!!!

Our client couldn't find a service desk to suit their required needs, so we built one exactly the way they wanted it!!!

Complete with stained counter tops and painted in our clients' signature "Ford Blue"
