A proud family business founded in 2011, Heise Architecture is owned and run by husband and wife team Florian and Rachel Heise. Both experienced architects in their right, their individual skills, preferences and strengths complement each other. The firm has quickly established a positive reputation by successfully completing a variety of projects across different sectors including commercial, ind

ustrial and retail, health and emergency facilities, hospitality properties, public spaces, sports centres and multi-residential developments. As commercial architects, Florian, Rachel and their team are equipped to participate in all stages of a project right through to handover and occupation. Providing input on the lease or land suitability, designing alterations and additions or a completely new build, managing the documentation and resolution of the design, managing the procurement of the construction through to defects inspections.
