We’re growing and looking to bring the right person into the Gold Star Bathrooms team.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office role that sits right at the centre of the business. You’ll work closely with customers and the team, helping manage enquiries, bookings, and bathroom layouts that support our quoting process.
Design skills are a core part of this role.
You’ll need to be confident creating bathroom layouts and visuals using CAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Key parts of the role include:
✔️ Being the first point of contact for customers
✔️ Managing enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
✔️ Clear communication with clients, trades, and the team
✔️ Creating bathroom layouts and 3D visuals using CAD / SketchUp
✔️ Thinking practically about layouts, plumbing, tiles, lighting, and functionality
Customer experience and fast turnaround times are really important to us. We’re looking for someone who’s organised, switched on, comfortable using systems, and enjoys a mix of admin, people, and design work.
You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need strong design capability and the ability to translate a client brief into a practical, functional bathroom layout.
