Coming into the final stretch of our last biggie before we head down under to Brisbane in the new year 🇦🇺

Phase one nearly wrapped up — now onto the fun stuff 👇

We'll be upgrading both windows with all-new linings, bespoke timber architraves and sills, and a handmade sash window being built to match the original Victorian character of the property — keeping the charm but bringing everything up to modern standard 🔨🪟

Next up:
💡 Final plumbing first fix
💡 Lighting install
💡 Shower seat & niche
💡 Full waterproofing
💡 Subfloor and boarding

Then… tiling time 🎯
Couple weeks off yet, but shaping up nicely.

Very small but mighty little project this one — set in a classic Victorian property with timeless touches throughout.

Our client was left in the lurch by a previous contractor who walked off mid-job… and she was 7 months pregnant at the time 😬

We came in to put things right ✅
🔹 Strengthened and modified the shower wall
🔹 Levelled the floor with new sister joists
🔹 Plumbing and plastering upgrades
🔹 Rebuilt the steps and threshold up from the landing
🔹 Installed a full new suite with traditional styling

This bathroom is really starting to shine – the solid acacia wood vanity adds warmth 🤎, paired with twin basins and brushed brass taps ✨. Handmade tiles bring that textured, crafted feel 🎨, and the freestanding tub sets it all off beautifully 🛁.

Can’t wait to see it finished – then onto the custom utility / laundry / WC room behind the camera (still in full building-site mode for now!) 🔨🙌

🚿✨ Nearly there with this beauty of a bathroom! Second fix is about to start 🔧🪛 – the stage where all the finishing touches finally come together.

🇮🇹 These Italian metro-style tiles have completely transformed the space – the hand-crafted look and subtle shade variation bring so much depth and character 😍👌🏼. The vertical set makes the walls feel taller and brighter too.

And… there’s a custom-made utility laundry room seamlessly built into this bathroom 👕🧺 – photos to come later, can’t wait to show you that detail!
