During the height of demand in the COVID-19 clinic, Nellie always kept her cool, and with a smile under her mask, welcomed newly deployed staff and the community - anxious to be tested and feel safe. 👨👩👦
As Acting Nurse Unit Manager of the Specialist Outpatients Department, Nellie guided her team during an unprecedented and challenging time in health care.
Her empathy, kindness and support, combined with her professionalism and integrity, helped steer the team through a number of significant surges. ❤️
