h something greater than myself. The dramatic shift in identity from being a 'wife' for 20 years to embracing being solo whilst co-parenting our two boys as a heart-led, present mum. Just returned from five expansive days in the company of creative, curious, courageous women.

Women who are deeply invested, emotionally, spiritually, physically, in being the most expressed, alive versions of themselves.

Held in the most beautiful way by Kate, whose love language is experience.

Every detail was thought of. Candles lit, home-cooked meals, placemats, napkins and cutlery from her recent trip to Paris. The table itself became ceremony.

We laughed until our cheeks hurt.

We cried in that way that melts the armour.

We shared raw truths, bold visions and the quiet things we hadn’t said out loud in years.

It reminded me why connection like this matters.

Why being witnessed matters.

Why coming home to yourself in the presence of others matters.

I’ve returned full, and from that fullness, I’m ready to give again.

To serve from the centre.
To speak from what’s real.
To move forward not from urgency, but from resonance.

We need more spaces like this. More moments that remind us who we are.
