A clean van isn’t just about looking good. It’s about pride in your work.
Before the van, I was running around Brisbane in my 30-year-old Jeep Cherokee with the trailer hooked up behind it. Even then, I took a stupid amount of pride in keeping it clean, organised, and looked after. Doesn’t matter if it’s old or new — if it’s got my business name attached to it, I want it representing me properly.
I’m big on having every bit of gear where it should be, easy to grab, easy to pack away, and ready for the next job. Same goes for the jobsite itself. Clean set up, protected floors, organised tools, structured systems.
In my opinion, the best finishes come from clean worksites and organised processes. When everything has a place and the setup is right, the whole job runs smoother — and the final result shows it.
Taking pride in the little things always carries through to the big things.
