This air bnb in Redhead for Accommodation Around Newcastle has been our biggest job yet and we all couldn’t be happier with the end result!

From dark stained timber work and dull walls to cool and warm whites to really freshen the place up! Ceilings & rafters were finished in Taubmans Elusive White Ceiling Flat, walls were finished in Taubmans Endure Natural White Low sheen and all woodwork was finished in Taubmans Lexicon 1/4 Full Gloss Enamel.

Finished this job for Michelle and Frank in Dora Creek a few weeks ago!

There was a whole lot of prep done on these ceilings to ensure longevity, and a quality finish.
I scraped all the old flaking paint back to bare gyprock, primed every ceiling in oil based undercoat for maximum adhesion, used 3 coats of plaster - 2 base coats and 1 top coat - to even out the surfaces before painting. After sanding all the plaster, we gave it another prime in oil based undercoat, gapped up all cornices then we were finally ready to begin finish coats, finishing with 2 coats of ceiling flat.

Myself and the homeowners are absolutely stoked with the end result, given the initial extensive peeling and flaking!

In Cessnock for this one to give the exterior some refreshing coats. The eaves were in pretty good condition but the bay window needed a lot of prep and care. A heap of builders bog and gaps went into just the bay window but after all the prep it ended up looking great.

Eaves, window and wall area of gables finished in Taubmans - Paperbark low sheen.
Timber of gables finished in Taubmans - Ironstone low sheen.

Finished this job for Terry and Judy in Toronto, interior and exterior. Needed a ton of no more gaps and filler for this one but after a thorough amount of prep it was ready for finishing.

Couldn’t be happier with how this turned out, such a transformation especially the interior stained doors to white.

For the exterior:
Walls and downpipes finished in Dulux - Grey Pail low sheen.
Frames, eaves, posts and vents finished in Taubmans - Crisp White low sheen.
Front and side doors finished in Taubmans - Night Mist semi gloss.

For the interior:
Frames and doors primed in oil undercoat then finished in Taubmans - Alpine Snow semi gloss. Laundry doors finished in Dulux - Silkwort semi gloss.

Finished this internal for David and Leah in Toronto a few weeks ago. They got me to come through just before they were ready to move in to their new home to freshen the place up! Carpets were getting replaced so to get a full coat on the skirts I cut away a portion of old carpet. Light fittings were also getting replaced so i plastered the surrounds for a smooth finish. They were stoked with how this turned out!

Feature walls finished in Taubmans “Flemish Blue” - low sheen

I recently finished this job for Kirsten over at Abermain. Previous work had been done because of damage to the ceilings, walls and an added wardrobe, so they got me in to do some minor repairs & freshen the house up. Kirsten and family are very happy with the finish throughout, and I had a delightful few days working with such a lovely family!

Ceilings were finished in standard Taubmans ceiling flat
Walls were colour matched to the existing wall colour; Taubmans Cotton Ball - low sheen

Gemma in Marmong point contacted me to freshen up the framing of her patio when she had to have the roof replaced. Once the Builder removed the old one, I prepped and finished the rafters & posts in colourbond Ironstone. The before and after shows what a difference a fresh coat of paint can make!
