A unit refresh completed recently.
A lot of hours went into this to bring it back to life after a few decades of no maintenance.

The bathroom needed walls rebuilt and everything put back together from there.
The kitchen had a makeover of new bench tops and tiled splash back, along with cabinetry painted in and out.
The rest of the unit had, what felt like, 1000 plaster patches and new rear door amongst other things.
New custom architraves made to match existing, where the originals had rotted out from water damage.
Fresh paint throughout to finish it up.
Thanks to PH Plumbing for the assist in the bathroom 👌🏻

These cedar weatherboards had seen better days, so the wall was stripped back to frame.
New corner stops and sisalation were installed along with pine weatherboards, which were pre sanded and primed before install.
The wall was being painted by the customer to give it a longer term seal over staining.

I’ve recently began ongoing maintenance work across the Colac and Geelong campuses of Saints College.
General maintenance involving fence repairs, pressure washing, replacement door locks, plaster patching, hanging pictures etc.

These photos show artificial turf laid in shipping containers, a large painting hung, a new door fitted, new commercial door hardware for a toilet and painted bollards re-installed.
