Hello beautiful supporters and customers. As spring draws closer, I have made the decision to press pause on our little iris farm business for now to focus on our young family.

We have loved sharing our iris obsession with you, and have appreciated every order that has been packed.
The website will be open until the end of August, of course any queries just send me a message or email.

Gardens are such a joy, and I have been so happy to have been able to add to yours!
🌸🌱❤️

Hello all,
I have decided to keep the website open for ordering and posting year round as a trial this year. We are lucky enough to have people from far western NSW, central Queensland, southern Victoria, and many places in between order our iris rhizomes.
I would like to give people the option of ordering and planting when it suits them and their climate. Even within our district, we have much less frost than in the township of Coolah for example, and our temperatures from town to home vary quite a lot.
I will attempt to keep the stock numbers updated on the site as best I can, but if you are after a specific colour please let me know as I have some varieties that due to family life/family business have not made it to the website yet. Have a beautiful Sunday 🌸

Hello!
Finding some fun new additions in the garden lately 🌸 Life has been very busy with little people but we have been posting some beautiful iris parcels to you all, this spring is going to be amazing ❤️
I thought I would do a quick update to let you know that the website will be open until May, then we will close for winter and reopen for ordering in September. I usually stay fairly quiet on here during the winter, it’s nice to have a little break from social media sometimes. I will still check my messages and email so feel free to contact me would love to hear from you!

Tully Mae Ferguson joined us early in December and the boys absolutely love her. She made quite the dramatic entrance, and we are so grateful to our amazing Doctor and the staff at Mudgee Hospital. It was the best feeling to finally be home with little Tully as I had been away for nearly 3 weeks. We have received 85mm of rain, along with so many reasons for us to be thankful this Christmas.
I hope you all are having the most wonderful day and a very Merry Christmas from our family to yours 🎄❤️

Well the iris blooms have gone, and the garden in general is looking a little wild. That is just life when we are busy. 🌸 More rhizomes dug this weekend, on the way to new homes tomorrow. ❤️
All orders placed from now on I will dig and post in February. We are all so excited about a new baby in our family very soon.
I will do another stocktake in February and update the website for autumn ordering.
If you have missed out on a certain variety that you would love, please email me : [email protected] , and I will contact you first when in comes into stock.
I also have some gorgeous new releases that will be ready for sale on the website in Autumn, a beautiful time of year to add to our gardens.
Thank you so much ❤️ to everyone who has ever ordered from me. This was a crazy little dream I had in the back of my mind, and I was never sure how it would go. Thank you. 😊

Busy busy here, digging your beautiful iris orders- I just love seeing the colour combinations that you have chosen.
Little Queensborough rhizomes on their way to so many wonderful places.😍 If you haven’t had an email from me, you will during the week coming. I will email letting you know which day that I am posting your order.
I will continue to fill orders placed until the 10th November and post ALL by the 13th November. After this I will be getting ready to be away from the farm in our closest ‘big town’ to wait for baby.
Any orders placed after 10th November I will dig and post in February 2024 for you after a little break.
Unfortunately I won’t be digging in December for Christmas gifts this year, however, I do have lovely printed vouchers available. Perfect to pop into someone’s stocking. 🎄
Have a wonderful weekend 🌱🌸

I am loving seeing everyone share their iris purchases from us from the previous year or two- it’s so fun seeing them bringing joy in others gardens! 🌱
When you receive your iris rhizome order soon, there will be nearly a full 12 months for them to grow strong and healthy ready to bloom away next spring ! 🌸

ORDER POSTING INFORMATION
I have received a few messages lately from people asking me where their order is?
So bearded Iris are generally never dug during flowering, and this is very common amongst all the iris farms I know. There are several reasons for this but this post will be too long 🤣 The rhizomes are dug after bloom season.
Our website says under ‘shipping’ section that our ‘RHIZOMES will be dug and posted between December and March’.
This year our iris started blooming earlier than normal so I will actually be digging and posting in NOVEMBER.
Our POTTED Iris are available now but only for LOCAL customers as we cannot post pots.
I always email the week before to make sure that the customer is home to receive the parcel and give some notice to prepare beds etc.
I hope this answers the question and please don’t hesitate to email or reach out if any other queries about our shipping. 🌸❤️
It won’t be long now and those little rhizomes will be in your own garden getting ready to bloom for you next year.
Thanks again for your support 🌸
