Doodlebug Lawns & Landscaping is growing and we’re looking for a hands-on leader to run a small crew across mixed residential & commercial jobs.
You’ll be doing: mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching, garden clean-ups, client chats, training juniors, and keeping quality high (no quoting required).
Must-haves:
• 2+ years gardening experience
• Driver’s licence & able to operate a ute with trailer
• Police check (or ability to obtain)
• Team player who follows direction
• Reliable, great communication, punctual, detail-focused, shows initiative
