This St Kilda project was designed to create a high end statement floor for a premium vehicle showroom.

The original floor consisted of old damaged tiles, so before the epoxy system could be installed an epoxy compatible cementitious overlay was applied across the entire area to create a smooth and stable substrate.

Once cured, the surface was mechanically prepared and a custom metallic epoxy system was installed to produce a deep marble style finish with natural movement and contrast flowing throughout the floor.

Metallic epoxy creates a completely unique finish every time, making it a perfect choice for showrooms and high end garages where visual impact is just as important as durability.

The system was completed with a protective clear topcoat to lock in the design and provide long-term protection.

This garage in Keysborough was transformed with a full epoxy flake flooring system, turning a stained and worn concrete slab into a durable, seamless surface built to handle everyday use.

The existing concrete had oil marks and general wear, so the floor was mechanically ground to properly prepare the surface and ensure maximum adhesion before installing the coating system.

Once prepared, a full broadcast flake system was installed and sealed to create a clean, modern finish that is highly durable, easy to maintain and resistant to stains and tyre wear.

This Narre South home had recently undergone a large extension, which meant the original polished concrete floors throughout the house needed a full refresh to bring everything back to a consistent finish.

Construction works had dulled the surface and left marks across the existing exposed aggregate, so the entire home was mechanically ground and refined to restore the stone exposure and bring the natural shine back through the floor.

Careful masking and protection was installed throughout the new kitchen and cabinetry areas to ensure everything remained spotless while the work was completed.

The result is a seamless, high end concrete finish flowing throughout the entire home, perfectly tying the original areas together with the new extension.

This large warehouse in Bayswater was completely transformed with a full commercial epoxy flooring system.

The existing concrete slab had years of wear, tyre marks and general use, so the entire floor was mechanically ground to properly prepare the surface and ensure strong adhesion of the coating system. All expansion joints were cleaned and reinstated to maintain proper slab movement while keeping a clean, defined finish throughout the floor.

A high-build solid colour epoxy system was then installed across the warehouse, creating a bright, seamless and highly durable surface designed for heavy commercial use.

The light grey finish not only improves the appearance of the space but also increases light reflection and makes the warehouse much easier to maintain.

This one was a proper save at Windsor Delicatessen, and while we were there, can confirm the coffee is insane.

What started as a worn, patchy old floor with failed repairs and voids under the slab turned into a full strip back, structural repair and seamless epoxy finish built for real hospitality use. All loose and contaminated material was removed, deep sections of the slab were repaired, the surface was mechanically re profiled, and a durable commercial epoxy system was installed to suit a high-traffic deli environment.

The end result is a clean, consistent, easy to maintain floor that lifts the space behind the counter and stands up to daily use.

This project highlights the importance of addressing underlying substrate issues rather than simply coating over them. Proper preparation and repair are what ensure a long-lasting result.

This mechanical workshop in Laverton went through a full transformation.
