We are currently looking to employ a Lead Hand to our Fencing team. Previous fencing, welding and/or building experience would be highly regarded, a good attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn a must. You must be able to work in a team environment or be trusted on your own if needed. Ability to think on your feet, make decisions and organise the day. 2 weeks on and 1 week off is the general roster however unforeseen circumstances can change this from time to time - so flexibility is required. Casual position is offered with the opportunity for long term ongoing work for the right person. Food and Accommodation is supplied. Open license and your own vehicle is a requirement. We are currently looking to employ a new member to add to our team. Previous fencing and welding experience would be beneficial but not necessary. However a good attitude, good work ethic and willingness to learn is. You must be able to work in a team environment or be trusted on your own if need be. Ideally suited to someone single, fit and used to working outdoors in the heat. 2 weeks on 1 week off basis which is sometimes subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. The competition for pasture is clearly visible here. I’m sure the benifits for this grazier will be felt. With 45kms of the southern boundary completed with exclusion fencing, a reduction in dog attacks will be a bonus.
