🌱Senior Grower
This Senior Grower role focuses on all aspects of high-volume nursery operations, with a strong emphasis on the propagation and cultivation of Australian native plant species. The role is vital in ensuring the consistent production of healthy, robust native seedlings to meet large-scale commercial, ecological restoration, and revegetation project needs.
🔧 Nursery Facilities and Maintenance Manager
The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, repair, and operation readiness of all infrastructure, plant and equipment across our nursery site. The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background—mechanical or electrical—and hands-on experience in maintaining horticultural infrastructure, machinery, and systems. This is a key leadership role for someone who is technically minded, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing both daily maintenance tasks and longer-term infrastructure projects.
