Getting very close to completion at our Somers Project with the final touches going in over the next few weeks. Cabinetry, stone, tiling, flooring, carpet all going in over the last few months.

We were stoked to get our Dromana project over the line for our clients to move in pre Xmas and enjoy the summer holidays with family and friends. With a strong focus of keeping aspects of the original home and the years of memories the house had already given, it was an absolute pleasure to be able to assist our wonderful clients in bringing new life and many more years to this amazing property. Once again, we couldn’t have completed the project without our tight knit and hard working group of trades. We look forward to assisting more clients in 2026 make their building dreams become a reality.

Our recent Parkdale renovation transforming this tired bathroom into a fresh and light area. Easy to clean with floor to ceiling tiles, heated towel rail, walk in shower and niche. Once again a smooth operation with our professional and timely group of trades.

Cladding and plaster completed at our Somers Extension completed highlighting the different shapes of the home. Raked ceilings, gable ceilings, bulkheads, it really does have a bit of everything. Looking forward to the internals of this house coming together to create a home in the coming months.

Remainder of the retaining walls going in at our Dromana project in preparation for concrete driveways in the coming week. The Hampton style concrete sleepers from helping shape the front of the property with the large slop on the block.

Plaster ready at our Somers project with insulation in, all services roughed in and balcony waterproofed and tiles going down. Looking forward to seeing this home push along and the internal finishes progressing in the coming months.

Plenty of progress at our Dromana project over the last month. Hardie plank cladding going on, all services roughed in, insulated and plastered. Another big month coming up both internally and externally.

Roof on✅ Windows installed✅ Building wrapped✅. Plenty happening at our Dromana project over the last week ready for cladding to be installed in the coming weeks!

Massive 7 days on our Dromana project. From the old asbestos cladding and roofing being removed, to framing being demolished, to finally new framing, trusses and cathedral ceiling going up. The weather was against us all week but we made it with roofing going on early next week. Well done to the boys on as hard fought week!

Roof is on at our Somers project, couldn’t come soon enough with the weather Melbourne is throwing up at the moment. Big thanks to the boys from for smashing it out!
