A different kind of job earlier this week down in Jandakot

Repairs carried out to damaged refrigerated panel walls inside a distribution warehouse after forklift impact damage.

Works included:
✔️ Cutting out bent damaged metal
✔️ Custom aluminium checker plate fabrication and installation
✔️ Reinforcing damaged areas
✔️ Preparing for additional floor angle protection to help prevent future forklift damage

As a qualified mechanical fitter by trade, I’ve previously worked across the food industry and mining/FIFO maintenance, so it’s good to still get involved in these types of repair jobs alongside the pool and property maintenance side of the business.

Safe to say working in a -18°C freezer was a shock to the system compared to Perth pool weather

Friday was a day to relocate and replace some equipment in Heathridge. First getting the electrical relocated by the lads they did an awesome job, even extending the pool light cable for me. Then came the filtration system, laying a stable base, new post for the power and chlorinator, new Astral CA280 filter with the Viron Glass media, we cleaned up the Astral pump replaced the unions to make the plumbing look new.
