Tree was casting to much shade over the garden plus the loss of the leaves come winter caused a very slippery hazard for the elderly tenant. So we cut down the tree and planted a lovely yellow standard rose in the back corner area and come spring we will plant some instant colour through out the front of the garden bed to keep it bright and fresh.
