🚨 Broken spring = door off the tracks

This Mornington homeowner was trying to leave home when their garage door jammed halfway — spring had snapped, cables came off the drum and the door came completely off its tracks. Car trapped inside.

Called us straight away, fixed the same day. New spring fitted, cables re-wound, door re-tracked and operating perfectly.
