Up to ~250 m², includes edging, blowing off paths, clippings in green bin

Yard clean-up / w**d removal-includes nature strip(once-off)

Overgrown beds, w**ds, clear out, minimal planting

A$250–450 per job

Hedge / shrub pruning

Up to ~3 m high hedges, one side, standard access

A$90/hour

Garden bed mulch & soil preparation

Mulch application, bed refresh, small plants replanted

A$$75/hour plus costs of materials and plants

Green waste removal had a standard charge of $80-120/load dependent on volume.

It was a wet old day out there today with a good dose of hail thrown in. But the work didn’t stop. Some hedges tidied up, and some edging and stones laid to tidy of the side of the house ready for to go to sale!

A big job out at Curlewis today cleaning up a rental property that was left in quite a state!
Really gotta feel for the landlords in this situation, they hadn’t been paid rent for a long time and then when they got their property back it was in a horrific state!
So in we swooped to help out! 3 loads to the tip and a good few hours of labour
