Another bathroom renovation completed by Zoli Construction & Tiling
Well into the second year of being apart of Zoli’s team of trades completing bathroom and kitchen renovation’s. Finding a builder that use the same tradesman on every job is a sign of a good builder. It’s a true indication of Zoli’s communication skills and his respect for all trade’s, his client’s & their home.
No construction project runs exactly to schedule but we all make adjustments to work around each other and do our bit to ensure every job is completed to the same standard within the agreed time frame.

Complete freshen up for these great Client’s recent purchase!

Took the opportunity to book in early once purchasing their new home to have it looking brand new ready to make it their final forever home 🏠
Went with their choice of colour Natural White on the walls and wood work and clean white ceiling’s with low sheen ceiling’s in the bathroom’s to prevent any mould or moisture issues from occurring down the track.

If you are unsure of a wall colour and aren’t wanting super white walls, Natural White is my go to recommendation! It contrast’s with just about anything and isn’t going to show up every single mark that might appear in the future keeping it looking clean for years to come.

Fresh Ceiling’s Completed ✅

Return client’s are alway’s my favourite!
I had completed the painting of their bedrooms last year and received a call to say how much they loved the fresh room’s only to walk out each morning to see their very tired open plan living ceiling’s in need of some TLC.
I couldn’t not sort those ugly air con vents out against the fresh white so I sorted them out also as a little surprise 😁

Crisp lines & good times!
Nothing beats white woodwork against dark walls. Not the cheapest option when looking at getting your interior re-painted however as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Alway’s using and accessories. P.s How good do Malana Flooring Hybrid floors look!

Painted this stained entry deck Charcoal for a fresh new look. For longevity and maintenance painting any exterior wood is the way to go. And personally I think it looks better 😆

Some front pics of a full exterior re-paint recently completed. Amazing transformation from brick to render & weatherboard’s. Was happy to complete the finishing touches and make it pop in the client’s colour’s of choice Colourbond Night Sky and Cottonball. All completed using iQUIP product’s and only Wattyl premium exterior paint. So happy with how this turned out. Thank you guys 🙏🏼🏠
