Replaced a couple of timber posts and the chain wire for a boundary fence for this client after someone ran into it 🫣

New project that we became a part of this year.

Will be doing a fair few of these houses this year.

External and internal timber wall frames, trusses, then cladding and all of the other final touches.

Throwback to the internal flooring the team replaced at the end of 2025.

We were approached to do this job as there were some rotting boards through the clients living area, kitchen and a bedroom.

The old boards were ripped up, joists were inspected to make sure they were still in good condition, new flooring laid and new skirting was installed.

Completed our own little project at home, bit by bit for the last few weekends.

Got sick of the front garden so we ripped it out and extended our front porch area. Also removed the sleepers and steps which are no longer needed.

Came up nicely 👌
