This is the beginning of our next project at 12 Young st Coledale. This is an old church that we are converting into a 3 bedroom home with new bathrooms, ensuite and kitchen. This is all going to have a new Colorbond roof with two big dormer windows to get ceiling height in the upstairs rooms and bathroom which will be linked with a beautiful hardwood staircase.

Here is a few pic’s from the finished product of the job we completed in Austinmer last year. On this job we gutted the inside and started fresh. New floor boards, kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, powder room, rear deck and driveway. We also added a new color through concrete driveway and gave the place a face lift with a fresh coat of paint and new cedar windows and doors. Its always good to walk away from the job with a happy client and Happy architect. BRING ON 2021. painting
