Look, we get it. Walking into a specialist plant show can feel a bit intimidating if you've never been to one before. You might worry you'll ask a silly question, or that everyone there will be some kind of plant expert talking in Latin.

Here's the truth: the people at this show love nothing more than someone asking "what IS that?" They've been growing these plants for years and they genuinely want to share what they know. That's the whole point.

You don't need to know a Neoregelia from a Vriesea. You don't need to be a gardener. You just need to show up.

If you're part of a garden club, groups of 10 or more get in free — so rally the troops.
