Today we’re celebrating the one who keeps everyone in line at Liverpool Engineering… or at least tries to! 😄

From juggling the paperwork to making sure the rest of us stay on track, we honestly don’t know what we would do without you. The workshop might still run, but it would definitely be a lot louder, a lot messier, and probably missing a few important deadlines!

We hope you have an amazing day filled with cake, laughs, and absolutely no work (although we know you’ll probably still be checking in on things! 😉).

HOBART INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Working at the airport has its risks... not because of the job, but because the temptation to jump on a flight to somewhere warmer is very real at this time of year! ✈️🌴

We're pretty sure the team are getting plenty of work done, although if anyone spots a group of welders on a beach in the Bahamas, let us know. 😆

For now, it's business as usual as we continue delivering quality work at one of Tasmania's busiest gateways.

One year ago today, Tasmania celebrated the opening of the new Bridgewater Bridge — the largest transport infrastructure project ever undertaken in the state’s history.

Looking back, it’s incredible to think that our team at Liverpool Engineering Works played a part in bringing this landmark project to life.

We are incredibly proud and privileged to have contributed to a project that will serve Tasmanians for generations to come. Opportunities to be involved in projects of this scale don’t come along often, and it is something our team will always look back on with pride.

A special thank you to McConnell Dowell and BridgePro Engineering Pty Ltd for the opportunity to be involved and for their trust and support throughout the project.

After months of hard work, we’ve officially farewelled Barge “Courage” as she leaves Tassie and begins her journey to her next project in South Australia.

This one has been a massive effort from start to finish — and a real credit to the team here at Liverpool. It was a proud moment seeing the result of that dedication set off across Tasmanian waters.
