Just make these onions in the Thermomix and pop them on top of some mini toasts then top with goats cheese (Meredith’s is my choice) and a teeny bit of fresh thyme…and then watch them disappear!

The Cob Grill cooked the lamb, the Thermomix made the super quick salad and I added freezer oven fries because they were on sale 😜

Thermi cooked outside tonight because who need curry smell in the van all night 😂

I made the Naan this morning, made the rice tonight in the thermi first and the curry was a 1.5 cook, so quickly heated the naan in the Cobb grill, and the rice in the microwave, as the curry was finishing 🤩

Very easy and a good change tonight from a bbq or roast 👍🏻

A great example of using a guided recipe as a “guide”

We had some left over pork roast meat and I wanted to make something with it…with packet noodles in the pantry, frozen peas and corn in the freezer and all the sauce ingredients handy, I basically followed the recipe for the sauce, popped in the meat and veg and used open cooking to warm it all up, then stirred it through some easy peezy instant noodles cooked in the thermo server 🤩

Quick easy dinner done ✅

Super tasty 😋

Served with some pearl cous cous mixed with a bit of olive oil, parsley, toasted pine nuts and a squeeze of lemon.

NB: You don’t really need the Cutter Plus for this one, I just sliced my onion and capsicum as there wasn’t very much of it to do. and I’d maybe cook for 15-20 mins and check the fish, I cooked for 25 mins because they were thickish, but it was maybe a few minutes too long.

Anyway, I’ll definitely be doing this one again 👌 5⭐️’s
