Waaayyyyy cheaper than store bought, no preservatives, and they taste fresh and amazing 🤩

So for a little bit of time cooking them up, I’ve got naan for dinner tonight, plus freezer stash for another 4 curry meals down the track 👍🏻💚

I definitely put too much onion in the paprika sauce… I used a very big one 🤦‍♀️ but it was still a good, tasty meal 💚

A really quick recipe with not too many ingredients. You can cook up the sauce, pop it in the oven and make some smash, mash, or rice while it’s cooking…very very easy meal 👌🏻

Mr Mixmaster got to choose tonight…Butter Chicken Risotto or Chinese Chicken Curry… both in Dinners 4

He chose the Chinese Curry.
I suspect that’s because there was peas in the picture 😂 🫛

Good flavours, and will make this one again. I served it with a sneaky, noodle shop special fried rice I grabbed at lunchtime 🤫 🤪

I’ve come up with a way to remind me I’m cooking a Skinny Mixers recipe in my Cookidoo Meal Plan….I have a photo of the book added to my created recipes, so I just add that “recipe” to the day we’re having it and then I don’t think I’ve forgotten to plan for that night 👌🏻
It may also have something to do with me not liking the gaps in the week 😂😂 (only slightly OCD!)
