While the flowers have finished their show and the garden rests, winter is far from a quiet season. It’s a time for planning, preparing, and dreaming about the blooms to come.
Beneath the cool mornings and frosty air, next season’s chrysanthemums are already beginning their journey. Every cut back, every division, and every cutting is a promise of spring and autumn colour ahead.
For now, we embrace the slower pace, warm cups of tea or a wine by the fire and the beauty that winter brings to the garden. 🌿💕

“As the chrysanthemum season comes to an end, I can’t help but reflect on the beauty this collection has brought over the past months. From the first tiny buds to these final blooms, every variety has told its own story.
Thank you to everyone who followed along, supported Dream Acre, shared advice, and appreciated the art of chrysanthemums with me. Now the garden rests, the stools are cut back, and preparations begin all over again for next season.
