Security upgrade completed for Your Family Dentist Liverpool 🔐
The clinic was previously operating with an outdated access control system using old fobs and tags. Over time, access credentials were lost, doors stopped responding correctly, locks were being forced, and there was no proper control over who could enter specific areas of the building.
To solve the issue, we redesigned the entire access workflow and upgraded the site to a new Smart Access Control System with biometric authentication and mobile app management.
The clinic has now been divided into secured access zones:
• Main Entrance – Staff access
• Rear Entrance – Restricted to owners and authorised management
• Storage Area – Access limited to registered personnel only
Previously, everyone could move freely between areas. Now, each user has assigned permissions and controlled access depending on their role.
The owner can now monitor entries and exits directly from the mobile app, manage users remotely, modify access permissions instantly, and maintain full visibility of the site from anywhere.
To improve security even further and avoid copied PIN codes or lost fobs, biometric registration was implemented for authorised users.
In this video, we were registering staff members and providing on-site training to ensure the system was fully operational and easy to manage from day one.
