High traffic areas are always a tough spot to grow healthy grass. And no one wants dirt up there stairs and through there house.

2 years ago I got strict advice from the Plant Guru
To pull out my Acmena smithii ( Lilly pillys ) and plant these sweepers (waterhousea floribunda )
I trust the guru with every plant descision and he often helps me out on many of my landscape plant outs.
Cheers mate we’re stoked to nearly have full privacy.

The lawn froth shall never end. But being on holidays does restrict us from packaging and sending any products out.
We will be returning on the 14th of Jan.

If your not using these products currently there would be a good chance your soil isn’t holding moisture and is definitely stressed out.

To have good grass in summer you need to condition the soil with the right products and nutrition. Fertiliser and water isn’t enough

I apply these together monthly from September to April.

Rates are 100ml per 100m2 of each

How’s good does a newly laid lawn look to finish of a project.
My prep will always remain the same.
1. Poison existing turf
2. Removal of all debris down to clean soil
3. Inspect soil and then make amendments so there is 150mm minimum of good turf underlay. A sandy/ soil ratio of 90/10 or 80/20 is best.
4. Shape surface and compact and repeat x 3 until the surface no longer footprints up when walked on. Sometimes you need to use water to help this process out.
5. Lay the turf. Full rolls around the out skirts and little cuts always in the middle.

At hand over my instructions are simple
1. Water 3x a day for 15mins
7am - 11am and 3pm ( we all work I get it so if you don’t have irragtion get a cheap timer and sprinkler and set it ) also if it’s over 30 degrees water it again at 6pm
2. Get the largo and Renaissance foliar fertiliser on it the following day in between waters and repeat every 14 days for 3 rounds then drop it back to monthly.
3. Apply your retain pro and wsf seaw**d wetting agent mix and water in. Repeat monthly until April.

There is no secret to our success it’s just the process.
I would expect to be mowing this in 7 days.

Acelepryn is a dynamite 6 months lawn army grub and black beetle protection. If you want to protect your lawn and be worry free get onto this. Especially whilst it’s on sale.
Spartan is a pre-emergent for lawn w**ds.
Once applied no w**d can germinate for up to 4 months. I apply this in the month of Nov - March and June to sail w**d free all year round.
Sure you have no w**ds now but you do have thousands of seeds there waiting and with an application of Spartan those buggers can’t germinate.
