💥Experienced Property Maintenance Subcontractor Wanted💥
Qualified trades who are willing to take on a variety of different projects not necessarily related to their own trades also considered. We are looking to expand our network of trades to call upon where needed.
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Property Maintenance Subcontractor to assist with ongoing residential and commercial maintenance work in the Mackay region.
Work may include:
* General handyman work
* Plastering work
* Property repairs and maintenance
* Basic carpentry
* Painting and patching
* Fencing and gate repairs
* Landscaping and yard maintenance
* Pressure washing
* Basic plumbing, taps, fixtures, etc
* Gutter cleaning
* General labouring and odd jobs
* Assist trades with above listed works.
Requirements:
* ABN
* Public Liability Insurance
* Own tools and reliable vehicle
* White Card (preferred)
* Experience in property maintenance construction or handyman work
* Ability to work independently
* Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality workmanship
* Good communication and customer service skills
