Today, we replaced a toilet suite that was "yellowing" and fading on the cistern and seat. This called for a new ceramic toilet suite. The customer had blue loo stuff in the pan, so we used some spill safe product to turn the water into a jelly and not spill any blue liquid on the tiles or carpet during the removal process.

Today, we replaced a gas storage hot water system that was leaking from the cylinder. The customer had opted to replace it with a Rinnai B20 gas instantaneous unit. The pipework for the gas, cold water feed and the hot outlet were all upsized to 20mm copper pipe to get the full benefit of the unit.

A little freshen up on a toilet cistern and seat that was yellowing and the buttons were hard to press in. The seat was replaced with a soft close lid at the request of the customer.

Yesterday, we had the task of installing a new toilet suite into an existing bathroom. Came up a treat and it looks like it was always there. A very happy customer.

Nice little job on a Sunday morning to help out an elderly couple with a burst pipe. Apparently, it has been bent up since they bought the place 20 years ago and finally wore a hole in the copper.

Today, we installed a new gas bayonet point.This one was quite tricky to get the gas line to as the walls were all internal and you can see from the picture taken in the ceiling, that none of the 4 walls were square with each other and we had to get the pipe through to the diagonally opposite walls. We managed to get this through without damaging the other 2 walls.Once this was achieved, the copper pipe was run neatly up along the side of the pantry door frame to keep it out of sight. The wall was patched up and is now ready to be touched up with paint again.

Yesterday, we replaced a section of copper pipe in the roof that had a case of green death. The owner had noticed there was some slight damage in the ceiling below, which prompted further investigation. The section was replaced using EziPress copper fittings.

Need a hose tap on your balcony? Here is a couple of hose taps we installed at some units this week. Now the owners can wash the balcony with ease.
