Check out this custom calving yard Kaine has been working on where that experience has paid off - from a blank canvas with just a shelter, a concrete slab and a room, the use of quality steel and precision welding has resulted in a top notch, practical and functional calving yard that will last our client a lifetime! 👌

It’s been a bit hectic here at KJM (in a good way!)
We thought it was time to share a few of our latest projects that have been completed recently !!

- Commercial property in Augusta for new storage units. Included site prep, footings and limestone retaining wall ✅

After a couple of weeks spent enjoying our beautiful beaches and embracing silly season with family and friends, we’re refreshed and ready to bring your projects to life in 2026!

First cab off the rank for the year - a commercial limestone retaining wall in the Augusta LIA!! 🧱 💪🏼

With a firm focus on providing our clients with the professional, high quality workmanship that we are known for, we have a variety of projects coming up that include:

- Residential limestone retaining wall with pinelap fence
- Stock yards (onsite welding job)
- Rural fencing (returning valued client)
- Residential colorbond fence

It always pays to check!!! ✔️

Part of our standard process before commencing a fencing install is to lodge an enquiry with Before You Dig Australia to check where services are located within the fencing install area on properties - this step is vital and can mean the difference between damaging services or machinery or clients losing space on their property!

We had a rural fence install for a new build in The Leeuwin @ Witchcliffe this week - the BYDA report for this particular property identified services directly on our clients boundary / fence line, which was far from ideal! (This has been a common trend in Witchliffe it would seem!)

Using a local service locator provider, we identified exactly where the services were located. After some manual digging for placement of posts, we installed our clients fence exactly where originally planned without losing any space! Well worth the costs for safety and peace of mind!👌

Massive thanks to our awesome clients for being such a pleasure to deal with - we can’t wait to see your build when it is complete!

How to make a statement at your main entrance! 👌

These custom built gate’s were recently installed for some wonderful valued client’s right here in Margaret River!

Using locally sourced spotted gum hardwood supplied by the awesome crew down at Sustainable Timbers Margaret River, these gates will last a lifetime! ✅
