Our TreeHugger dream was simple but strong — to build a business rooted in purpose, one that served our community, supported our crew, and was truly valued by our customers. And now, we're here to say that Arbor Masters has joined that circle.

We always knew the day would come when the sawdust settled and the equipment would leave for the last day , and now that day is here.

While the name may change and the shirts may turn blue, the heart behind the work remains the same. We're honored to have grown something worth continuing, and even more grateful to you — our supporters, neighbors, and friends — who helped us get here.

The kiln is rolling out some beautiful quarter sawn white oak for a customer and we’re so pleased about how the performs. Low and slow wins every time.
One more week and we unload and will be ready to close the door on a load of Arizona slabs!

As Iowa enters the vibrant days of spring, it’s tempting to jump right into yardwork, including treating your trees. However, timing is everything when it comes to tree health care treatments, especially for serious threats like the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB).

Following the Iowa State University (ISU) Extension’s recommendations, we advise homeowners to wait until full leaf-out before applying treatments. This ensures the products are distributed throughout the tree’s canopy where they can be most effective. In Iowa, that typically means late May to early June, depending on the weather.
