Meet James Hutchinson 👋

James is our Operations Manager here at Imperial Kitchens and has been part of the team for over 9 years.

Working side by side Managing Imperial Kitchens with Heidi Stevenson, his role involves the daily overseeing of all operations company wide. James has worn many hats during his long tenure, particularly in scheduling and maintenance, and become the go to problem solver for clients, employees and suppliers alike. His well known for his out of the box thinking, juggling a million things at once and high level customer service.

When asked what he loves most about working at Imperial Kitchens, James said: "No two days or clients are the same, its diverse, challenging but rewarding".

This crew is responsible for piecing together every kitchen, vanity, and joinery piece that leaves our factory.

At the scale we operate, having a fully stocked warehouse is a necessity, having a strong team behind it is how we're able to deliver the way we do.

They manage thousands of hardware components, fittings, and materials from our suppliers, making sure everything is accounted for, organised, and ready to go the moment production needs it.

While most manufacturers are waiting on stock to arrive, our team has it on hand and ready. That means fewer delays, faster turnaround, and projects that stay on schedule.

It's a part of the business most people never see, but it's one of the biggest reasons we can deliver consistently at the volume we do.
